SUPER SOCK SEURAT
This hand-dyed artisanal yarn is no ordinary knitting yarn: the designer behind the knitting patterns Louise Robert Design meticulously created this beautiful collection.
It's by studying the color pallets that represent her life and career over the years that designer Louise Robert was able to imagine all of the variety available in these hand-dyed artisanal yarns.
SEURAT was a Neo-Impressionist painter who exploited the technique of "pointillism", which consists of using tiny dots of color juxtaposed on the canvas rather than mixing pigments directly on the palette. Probably the most eloquent example of this technique is his painting "Un dimanche après-midi à l'Île de la Grande Jatte".
