Louise Robert Collection – DK Pure (90% Merino wool and 10% Silk, 238 m / 260 yds, 115g) 3 skeins in POSEIDON for the kit: hat, mittens and neck warmer.
NEEDLES AND NOTIONS
3mm (US 2 ½) circular needles for the ribbing and 4mm (US #6) (or the needle size required to obtain gauge) for the rest. Double pointed needles (DPN’s) of 4mm (US 6) can be useful when the circumference of the hat diminishes but you can also use the magic loop technique.
Four stich markers, a cable or a waste yarn, a crochet hook to pick up stitches and a tapestry needle.
GAUGE
10cm x 10cm = 22 sts X 30 rows with 4mm (US 6) in stockinette stitch, after wet blocking.
