Mikela | Knitting Pattern
Discover the beautiful Mikela pattern by Evelyn Siatra. This pattern highlights the beauty of Granola yarn.
Two different geometrical color-work patterns are combined intelligently with color-blocking, for a contemporary take on a classic crew-neck sweater.
In addition to the pattern, you will need the following materials to knit the Mikela sweater:
- Louise Robert Collection – Granola (70% Merino wool and 30% Hemp; 300 m / 328 yds; 100 g): MC – Ecume: 2 (2, 2, 2, 2, 2, 3, 3) skeins. CC1 – Tudors: 2 (2, 2, 2, 3, 3, 3, 3) skeins. CC2 – Canevas: 2 (2, 2, 2, 3, 3, 3, 3) skeins.
- 4 mm (US #6) Circular needles with cable length of 40 cm (16") &+. Adjust needle size if necessary to obtain the correct gauge.
- Tapestry needle
- Stitch markers (optional).
SIZES : S (M, L, XL, 2XL, 3XL, 4XL, 5XL).
Sample shown in Size S, 90 cm / 35 ½" bust worn with 9 cm / 3 ½" ease.
To fit 81 (91.5, 101.5, 112, 122, 132, 142, 152.5) cm / 32 (36, 40, 44, 48, 52, 56, 60)" bust with 9 cm / 3 ½" ease.

GAUGE : 26 sts and 28.5 rows = 10 cm / 4" in colour-work pattern after wet blocking.
Notes The front, back and set-in sleeves are worked flat from the bottom up and sewn together. The hems are worked in single ribbing.
