This sock pattern is knit from the toe up, with a heel that is "added" later (afterthought heel).
This model was knit with the mini-metamorph kit in Mother Nature 🌳!
You can use circular needles or a set of 5 double-pointed needles. If you choose double-pointed needles, spread the first half of the stitches on needles 1 and 2 and the second half of the stitches on needles 3 and 4.
To maximize the effect of Bis-Sock Metamorph yarn, I suggest you use the entire ball (remember to keep some of the ball to knit the heel)
Materials Required :
- Biscotte Yarns – 1 kit of 2x50g Bis-Sock Mini-Metamorph (illustrated in the color MOTHER NATURE)
- 2.5mm circular needle or double pointed needles (or size needed to obtain gauge.)
- One tapestry needle
- One cable needle
- Yarn of contrasting color
Gauge : 32 stitches = 10 cm in Stockinette Stitch
Size : One size for women (the length of the foot is adjustable)
Pattern is great!!
