Scarflette shawl | Knitting kits
Introducing the Scarflette shawl by Justyna Lorkowska! This stylish shawl is simply a must-have.
''Delicate like the leaves in the wind, ephemeral like the blink of the sun, unique like the soul within you.
Scarflette is the epitome of beauty hidden within us, seemingly complex like each cable crossing yet fragile like lace leaves.''
-Justyna Lorkowska

Here is what you need to knit this project:
- The Scarflette shawl knitting pattern (on Ravelry HERE)
- Biscotte Yarns – FLAMEL [60% merino wool sw, 20% alpaca & 20% nylon; 400 m par 100 g] - in the color of your choice
To complete this knitting project, you will require these additional accessories along with the knitting kit:
- Circular needle of 3.00 mm (US #2.5) ; 60 cm/24” long - or the size required to obtain the gauge
- Tapestry needle
- Stitch markers - 2x
- Cable needles - 2x
FINISHED MEASUREMENTS - Approx. 220 cm/86.5” long and 30 cm/12” deep at center.
GAUGE: 27.5 sts and 32 rows = 10 cm/4” in pattern, measured flat after wet blocking.
The gauge is crucial on this project, and differences will affect the finished size as well as the required yardage, so I strongly recommend making a swatch and adjusting the needle size as necessary. Otherwise, make sure to have more yarn. Swatch should be reknit afterwards.
NOTE: The pattern is fully charted and written out. If you want to use charts, print them and cut out to use with chart 4A - they should match!
