Aristea - Cabled Sweater Pattern
Knit this wonderful, classic and stylish sweater designed by Evelyn Siatra with DK Pure yarn from the Louise Robert Collection. Aristea is perfect for keeping you warm and cozy with style!
"Aristea” is designed with an all-over cabled pattern at the front & back, with hems in double ribbing and side slits. The sleeves are worked in stockinette stitch.
The loose, relaxed fit, mock turtleneck, side slits and raglan sleeves, keep this beguiling pullover feeling casual, cool and incredibly wearable. The tubular cast on provides more elasticity.
In addition to the knitting pattern, you will need the following materials to knit the Aristea sweater:
- Louise Robert Yarns – DK PURE (90% Merino Superwash and 10% Silk; 238 m / 260 yds; 115 g): 6 (6, 6, 7, 8, 8, 9, 9) skeins in Chopin colorway
- Size 4 mm (US 6); 40 cm / 16" circular (cir). Adjust needle size if necessary, to obtain the correct gauge
- Tapestry needle
- Stitch Markers
- Cable needle
- Waist yarn for tubular CO.

GAUGE (after wet blocking) : 24 sts and 30 rows = 4" in cabled pattern.

NOTES : The back, fronts, and sleeves are worked flat from the bottom up and sewn together. Sts are picked up across neckline and then the collar is worked in double ribbing.
