Lace Gamer Socks | Knitting pattern and knitting kits
Get ready to step up your gaming experience with Lace Gamer Socks, designed by Andrea Yetman. Ready, set, knit ! 👾🎮
Gamer Socks are bound to be the most fun you’ll have knit-ting a pair of socks! Using eight colors and six different stitch patterns, roll the dice to see what combi-nation you’ll get!
You can get the pattern only or purchase the knitting kit, which contains both the yarn and the pattern needed to knit this project!
Here is what you need to knit this project:
- The Lace Gamer socks knitting pattern (sent as a PDF numeric file) - The pattern is included when you purchase a kit.
-
Biscotte Yarns - BIS-MINI SET [85% merino wool sw, 15% nylon, 8x 100 m per 25 g] - shown in Neon - 1 box
- Biscotte Yarns - BIS-SOCK [85% merino wool sw, 15% nylon, 200 m per 50 g] - shown in Nature - 1 50g skein
To complete this knitting project, you will require these additional accessories along with the knitting kit:
- Circular needle of 2.25 mm; cable length of 32" to work with Magic Loop or 9 inches circular with DPN’s. - or size required to obtain gauge
- Tapestry needle
- Stitch markers
- 2 dice (Not included)
SIZE: Adult one size - Length of foot is adjustable.
GAUGE: 36 stitches = 10 cm – 4 inches in stockinette stitch.
NOTE: The use of 8 different skeins means that there are changes of yarn between each pattern; cut the yarn after each section as the colors you chose to use as “breaks” in between each pattern will be used before starting the next section.
Since the use of each skein is determined by chance, it's impossible to know in advance exactly how much you'll use for each skein.
If you finish a skein before the end of the game, roll the dice again to replace it with another.
