After Eight Socks | Knitting pattern and Optional kits

Here is one of our 2024 Advent Calendar patterns: the After Eight Socks ! Designed by Louise Robert, these socks are crafted using an exclusive DK self-striping color yarn.

We decided to launch this beautiful design alongside our new DK 100% Canada collection to offer you more fiber choices and a variety of colors that will please everyone.

These socks are incredibly comfortable and stylish, perfect for treating yourself or a loved one. Since this pattern is designed for the Biscotte Yarns 2024 advent calendar, I've named it After Eight, after the mint chocolate treat our family enjoys every year for Christmas! THIS KNITTING KIT INCLUDE

• The After Eight Socks knitting pattern (sent as a digital pdf format) - The pattern is included when you purchase a kit.

FOR THE ORIGINAL VERSION (SELF-STRIPING DK PURE)

• BISCOTTE YARNS - DK PURE [90% anti-felting merino wool, 10% silk; 260 m for 115 g] - 1 SKEIN - shown in an exclusive color for the Advent Calendar 2024.

FOR THE DK CANADA VERSION (DK CANADA)

• PATRICKNITS SIGNATURE - DK CANADA [100% untreated wool (Dorset-Suffolk-Cheviot); 249 m for 113 g] - 1 SKEIN - shown in La crèmerie du coin

IN ADDITION TO THIS KIT, YOU WILL NEED THE FOLLOWING MATERIAL

• DPN or Circular needles of 3.5 mm (US 4) - or size required to obtain th e gauge
• DPN or Circular needles of 3 mm (US 2.5) - or 0.5 mm smaller than the size required to obtain the gauge
• Tapestry needle

SIZE - ADULT ONE SIZE

The length of the foot is adjustable.

GAUGE

24 stitches = 10 cm (4'') in Stockinette Stitch.
