Description

This hand-dyed artisanal yarn is no ordinary knitting yarn: the designer behind the knitting patterns Louise Robert Design meticulously created this beautiful collection.

It's by studying the color pallets that represent her life and career over the years that designer Louise Robert was able to imagine all of the variety available in these hand-dyed artisanal yarns.

Crème au beurre: (Butter cream in french) What could be more gourmand and voluptuous than the words CRÈME AU BEURRE? For someone with a sweet tooth like me, these three words together represent the quintessence of pleasure for all the senses, which is the perfect name for this beautiful shade of creamy yellow. - Louise

If you love to knit with Biscotte Yarns, you will fall head over heels with this artisanal, hand-dyed SUPER SOCK yarn by Louise Robert Design. Whether you are knitting a scarf, a shawl or a sweater, there's nothing better than a beautifully crafted yarn designed by a passionate knitter for knitting enthusiasts.

ATTENTION: The price shown is for one (1) skein only. The photos may show three (3) skeins to illustrate the nuances of the hand-dyed wool colors.

Gorgeous Strawberry Thief

The Strawberry Thief colorway is beautiful. There are so many subtle colors - it’s a joy to knit. And the SuperSock base is soft yet strong. I love it and can’t wait to try another color when I finish the Summer Lovers socks for the knitalong. Recommend.

Super Sock The Kiss

As usual the wool was exquisite. Beautiful drape and yet knits into cozy socks.

So disappointed in this product. Not nearly enough yarn to reach the advertised 16” on the pattern. The photos on the pattern feature a shawl that must use at least twice as much yarn. This is more of a scarf than a shawl. Not worth the cost.

Rich, gorgeous colors!

Love this supersock from Louise Robert. It's soft, easy to work with, and the colors are rich and saturated.
