In addition to this pattern, you will need the following material to knit this project:
Gauge: 32 m = 10 cm (4’’)
Directions were very clear and worked as written. It was easy to adapt to a larger size at smaller gauge with the notes included in the pattern.
I used the basic toe up heel flap sock pattern for the first time for a pair of my husband’s socks. It was the first pair of toe up socks I had made for his gigantic feet and it was so easy to follow! I am used to knitting socks top down so I am glad this easy pattern was my first toe up sock experience. Thank you!
Pattern was well written and easy to follow for a beginner
Biscotti never disappoints!
Great for every sock knitter to keep in their sock library! Well explained, and great recipe to knit toe-up with a heel flap. I had only ever done those knitting cuff down, reserving German Short Row heels or afterthought heels ( great with colour work) for toe-up socks. With this a hole new world has opened, and I am looking at the heels of the world from the bottom up, which I should do being Australian!🙃😍❤️🐼
