The original version of this design was written in 2011 and the socks you see here have been knit with a discontinued yarn and color. You will find suggestions below of yarn to knit this pattern.

In addition to the pattern, you will need the following to knit the socks:

• Louise Robert Design – Super Sock (75% merino sw, 25% nylon, 400 meters; 437 yds) | Main color (MC) Parchemin; 1 skein and contrasting color (CC) Tudors; 1 skein.

• DPN or circular needles of 2.5 mm; US#1.5 or size needed to obtain gauge (cable length 100 cm; 40 in)

• Tapestry needle
