Biscotte's Shawl Knitting or Crochet Game is a box filled with hand-dyed yarn, two dice and a pattern to work a unique version of the Unpredictable Shawl!

How does it work? Simply roll the dice: one of them tells you which skein to use and the other shows the stitch pattern to follow ♥ Order this Shawl Game as a gift for a knitter / crocheter you love or simply as a treat for yourself.

The Biscotte's Shawl Game comes in a gift box that contains:

  • 6 x 50 grams of hand-dyed sock yarn for a total of 30 grams (1200 meters - 1097 yards) from semi-solid and speckled colorways.
  • 2 dices
  • The Unpredictable Shawl pattern (Please select the KNITTED or CROCHETED version)

In addition to the material already included, you will need a circular needle US #5 (3.75 mm) - 40 inches (100 cm) or a crochet of 2.75 mm + to work this shawl design.

Not the Colors I Expected

The yarn itself is nice enough, but the colors were not what I saw in the photo on the website. I was expecting a skein of very pale, slightly pink with hues of green and grayish blue. What I received was a combo of pale cream and medium taupe, like the pictures of the Merino Worsted Brooke. So I returned it in exchange for a different yarn.

It was well packaged. The colours are absolutely beautiful and the yarn is very soft. I look forward to rolling the dice and crocheting this shawl. The only negative is that they sent the directions in French. Otherwise, everything I have purchased from Biscotte has always been exceptional.
