A MILLE-FLEURS is an artistic style characterized by a background filled with a multitude of small plants and flowers, particularly popular in the arts and crafts of the Middle Ages. When I saw the colors of this yarn, it reminded me of the Lady and the Unicorn tapestry I once had the chance to see at the Musée de Cluny.
