This hand-dyed artisanal yarn is no ordinary knitting yarn: the designer behind the knitting patterns Louise Robert Design meticulously created this beautiful collection.
It's by studying the color pallets that represent her life and career over the years that designer Louise Robert was able to imagine all of the variety available in these hand-dyed artisanal yarns.
When I met the man who became my husband, I was surprised to discover that he was a fan of Elvis Presley. I knew Elvis by his reputation but had never listened to his music. Since 1996, on vacation with the children and alongside the man I love, I discovered the many melodies of the King and I was in turn charmed. Wonder of You is a song I particularly like because it reminds me of my love affair with the man in my life. - Louise

This yarn is so nice! Soft yet with a firm hand - perfect for socks and shawls. Not sure what this will become yet, but I had to have it! The color looks more distinctly coral and orange in the picture - IRL, it's a lot softer contrast. Gorgeous colors none the less!
The plummy richness of this yarn color is just fantastic! Super Sock is wonderful to work with. I think this is going to make a gorgeous shawl, maybe in mosaic with a lighter color to set it off!
The color and texture of the yarn (super sock in Camaïeux) are simply superb. A real pleasure to knit.
I had the privilege of meeting the designer Louise Robert and Patrick. She is a delightful person at Vogue Knitting Live in New York City and Patrick was so helpful. It was a true joy to meet both of them. Charming and beautiful people just like the yarn.
I'm looking forward to knitting with this yarn.
Love Louise Roberts hand dyed yarns. So yummy!
