This hand-dyed artisanal yarn is no ordinary knitting yarn: the designer behind the knitting patterns Louise Robert Design meticulously created this beautiful collection.

It's by studying the color pallets that represent her life and career over the years that designer Louise Robert was able to imagine all of the variety available in these hand-dyed artisanal yarns.

The term COURTISANE designates a woman who lives at the court of the king. Over the ages, this term has evolved to take on several meanings to designate, in the feminine form, a concubine or the mistress of the sovereign. Beyond their libertine image, I have a lot of admiration for these women of influence and power who knew how to make their place at a time like the 19th century when the role of most women was limited to maternity and household chores. - Louise

Très belle couleur. Identique à la photo. Douce et lumineuse. Ce n’est pas une couleur mate. J’aime beaucoup

Pour la "fan" d'Anne la Maison aux pignons verts que je suis, j'ai tellement sauté sur l'occasion d'acheter la laine "Green Gables". J'adore l'effet, bien hâte de tricoter cela et de voir l'effet sur un projet!
