- Circular needle of 3.25 mm (US 3) cable length of 100 cm; 40" - or the size required to obtain the gauge
- Circular needle of 3.50 mm (US 4) cable length of 100 cm; 40" - or the size required to obtain the gauge
- Stitch markers
- Tapestry needle

21 sts x 44 rows = 10 cm (4 in) in garter st using larger needles after blocking

NOTES
- Yarn overs in this pattern do not count as a stitch. They will be dropped/unraveled on the following row to create the elongated loops.
- Since gauge is not crucial in this pattern, I suggest that you work out a swatch and use the needles and yarn that create the best esthetic to you. Keep in mind that your gauge may change dramatically after wet blocking. Of course, if your gauge is not the same as prescribed in this pattern, your finished dimensions will most likely be different.
- When working the first four sections, you can either cut the yarn when switching colors, or carry it on the side until it is used again.
