Add magic to your knitting with this Fizwizbiz sparkling yarn!

Made of 95% merino superwash and 5% stellina silver, we believe this hand-dyed yarn also contains a bit of fairy dust!

  • Composition: 95% merino wool sw, 5% stellina
  • Quantity: 360 meters (400 yards) per 100 grams skein
  • Suggested needles: 2,5 - 3 mm (US #1.5 - 2)
  • Gauge: 28-32 stitches = 10 cm
  • Care: Machine wash in cold water and dry flat (find more info about hand-dyed yarns washing care HERE)

LOVE FIZBIZWIZ

I knit the Reyna Shawl with Betterave, Kalamata and Hermione Nature. I wanted a Christmas shawl but I don’t wear red. I substituted with Betterave. Turned out beautiful. Fizbizwiz just knits up like a dream. I never purchased a yarn I didn’t love from Biscotte! But FIZBIZWIZ is one of my favorites. Blocks easily and washes up soft. Since I used Nature with these two - I used a color catcher sheet in the sink with wool wash and cold water. The colors didn’t bleed on the light yarn. Thank you Biscotte for such wonderful yarn.

Stitch Definition with Shine

This Superwash Merino is terrific when stitch definition is desired. I was knitting with this Charcoal+Silver Stellina outdoors and whenever the sunlight hit the silver strands my project took on a magical twinkle. My finished project is going to glitter! Thin or Thick sections were encountered from the skein, but did not affect the texture of my work.
