"When I designed this shawl, I wanted to play with textures and colors. That's why I chose to blend Algua Marina, Super Sock and Hermione into one project. The algua marina is a silky and dense yarn that gives a beautiful drape to the shawl. The natural and raw appearance of the Super-Sock enhances the silk contained in the Algua Marina. And when we talk about textures, impossible to miss the mohair so for the grand finale, I integrated the Hermione for a touch of pleasure and sweetness." - Louise Robert

This kit contains:

• A - Louise Robert Design - Super-Sock
• B - Louise Robert Design - Algua Marina
• C - Les Laines Biscotte – Hermione

NEEDLES AND ACCESSOIRES NEEDED

• 4mm Circular Needles (or size needed to obtain gauge)
• Stitch markers
• Tapestry needle

GAUGE 16sts = 10 cm in Stockinette Stitch with Super-Sock after blocking

FINAL SIZE

• Width from tip to tip 178 cm (70in)
• Height from the base to the tip of the centre of the triangle 42cm (16.5in)

NOTES This shawl is knit in the shape of a crescent and when it is finished, seven triangles are knit back and forth along the curve of the crescent. Stitches are picked up on the sides of the triangles to fill the spaces between each of them using inverted triangles using Short Rows.
