Great, but....

The Winderful system is a great, easy way to wind yarn. The spools, however, are a problem in several ways. They are very expensive at $13 to $20 each, and the wound ball is bulky and heavy. Your knitting bag is not very portable if you have more than one color. If you have yarn left over, you have to rewind it unless you want to store it on the spools. I wish the spools were less expensive and lighter, because the winding process is so easy with the drill.

Not at all what I expected it to be. I thought the adaptor was part of the purchase. That alone was the reason I bought it...to power wrap crochet thread.
