Linked - wrap pattern (rectangular shawl)

In addition to the pattern, you need the following materials to knit the Linked shawl:
- Louise Robert Yarns – Merino Worsted (100% Merino Superwash, 200m / 220 yds, 100g); 5 skeins in colorway Chardon.
- 4.0 mm (US #6) and 4.50 mm (US #7) or size to obtain gauge. Pattern can be worked flat on either straight needles or circular needles
- Stitch markers (4)
- Cable needle
- Tapestry needle
GAUGE : 16 sts and 22 rows = 10 cm / 4" in stockinette stitch on 4.50 mm (US #7) needles after blocking.
FINISHED MEASUREMENTS : Width: 48.2 cm / 19” & Length: 221 cm /87”
NOTE : Pattern is worked flat, back and forth along the short edge.

I love this pattern very much! It is easy to follow the very clear instructions. This is the first of three I’ll knit this winter. This one is in Malabrigo Rios, and the next two will be one in “Irish Girl,” and the other in “Patsy Cline.” For this one, the request was to make it smaller and more scarf-like. I did so by using smaller needles. This worked well! I look forward to making the next one full size. So glad I saw the episode introducing this pattern on YouTube! Happy new year!
