      PATTERN NOTES

Kalamata is knit seamless from top to bottom. The sleeves are knit in the round without any decreases until the first round of the cuff so that the sleeves will have a loose fit with a fitted cuff. The body is knit even in Stockinette Stitch with Patch Pockets attached after the body is finished. Stitches are picked up using long circular needles starting at the right front bottom edge continuing around to the left front bottom edge with a few short rows around the neck to raise the collar. Superb pattern

Thank you for a knitting pattern that is easy to interpret because it is well laid out.

Once I get through my present line-up of projects, I hope to add this one.

Beautiful sweater that I am looking forward to starting. Pattern looks very detailed, yet not difficult.
