Love Knot Sock | Free Sock Pattern
Les Laine Biscotte is pleased to present the Love Knot sock which are a new addition to the great Andrea Yetman socks collection.
"Sometimes the best inspiration can comes from nature! These socks were inspired by the knots that you see in trees that are normally considered a flaw. I think these so called flaws can be what makes something so beautiful." - Andrea
To knit the LOVE KNOT sock, you will need the following materials:
- Biscotte Yarns – BIS-SOCK (438yds; 400m / 100g) 1 skein (100g) of Bis-Sock in Aigue Marine
- 4 DPN’s (or long circular needles for knitting magic loop) in size 2.25mm (or size to obtain gauge)
- Tapestry needle
- Stitch markers
- Cable needle
- Row counter (optional)
SIZE – ADULT ONE SIZE (Length of foot is adjustable)
GAUGE: 36 sts = 10 cm – 4″ in Stockinette Stitch
NOTE: The Love Knot Socks are knit from the top down with a beautiful lace and cable front panel pattern. The heel is worked in a Forethought Heel but you can opt to use the heel of your choice. You can work the front panel by following the chart available on p.2 or the written instructions.
