Each skein contains 100g (3.5 oz), 400 meters (435 yards) of yarn which is enough to knit a pair of adult socks.
Use needles from 2.25 to 2.75 mm for a gauge of: 28 to 32 stitches = 10 cm (4 inches)
wash in cold water and dry flat

I was knitting the "Bain de Soleil" shawl and three quarters of the way through, I was going to run out of the Flamel. Lise at Biscotte was very helpful. We didn't think there would be that much difference in the dye lots since it is a salt and pepper mix. I waited until the final lace section to use the new skein, and I'm so glad I did: the new skein had much more salt than pepper. It's working out because it's removed from the first lace section. I really liked working with all three yarns for that pattern and the pattern itself-it never got boring.
