The Chameleon colors varied a bit from the image, but I actually like what I got better. The yellow stripe as pictured is perhaps an orangey-lemon to pale lemon or white; mine is cinnamon to honey, lovely rich golden brown tints. In between the dark chocolate & mocha, the pictured color is salmon, what I have is white. The blue between the gold and chocolate is a richer peacock teal than pictured. It's really quite lovely and a joy to knit, looking forward to the next color to come to the needles.
The yarn itself is soft and smooth, it almost feels like it has silk in it. Nice loft, a very pleasant "squish" to the hank, and knits up to a nice light sock that won't feel bulky in the shoe. It would be great for gift socks, but I'm keepin' it!
I used the new Biscotte Bis-sock self striping yarn color Chameleon.
The yarn is so soft, it is like knitting with the softest cashmere.
The colors are so bright and their disposition fitted my pattern perfectly.
I will knit with this yarn again for sure.
Wish I could edit prior review. This yarn is so soft and easy to knit. Colors fantastic. Here are the finished socks.
